Cello: Intermittently changes without warning. It is a headache.

N. came in a bit late. We first started a quartet with only L and I in it, and two others who have left since then. I found N in the orchestra. Our first impression of him was "he's a weird dude". And we got a head-start info saying that he has a temper.

But he's an amazing violist, it turns out, and if he does have a temper, he doesn't take it out on anything but his viola. So it all works out.
